Sweet little Grace, along with her twin brother Ben were in for their newborn portraits last week. They were so excited to meet their mom and dad, that they made their way into the world about 11 weeks early! After a couple weeks in the NICU, they are now enjoying their newborn days at home with Mommy & Daddy!

Ct. Newborn Twin Photographer | Natalie & Mark

Natalie & Mark came to the studio for their newborn session about 8 days before their due date! They were so excited to meet their mommy & daddy, that they decided to join them early! They were about 10 weeks old for their session, and did amazingly well!!

Yesterday, we welcomed Belle as the newest member of the Puzzo Family ;) Last night was her first night in our house, and she was caught playing Pop The Pig!! We are excited to see what other shenannagans she has in store for us!!!

2012 Monthly Photo Challenge | SEPTEMBER | Black and White | Connecticut Newborn Baby Photographer

Here we are! Month nine of our monthly photo challenge! I cant believe this year is quickly coming to an end! Its so crazy how quickly time flies!!

This months photo challenge colors are Black and White. We were allowed to choose photographs taken of black and white objects, or photos that have been converted to black and white. Woohoo! I love black and white! :) So, here we go!

Miss Madyson came to see me on the 8th day of her beautiful new little life. She was sweet enough to shoot me a quick little smile for these shots ;) hehehee

This is Tommy. He was in on day 6. I just love love love love loved all of his little chunky rolls!!! 

And this is my crazy husband. Enough said. hahahahaa I am sure he will be so excited to be featured on my blog - in nerd glasses no less! hahahahaa! Those strawberry cupcakes btw.... delish! He made them from scratch - including the buttercream frosting - and they were to die for!!! 

and here is my freshie little puppy! Hes such a bad boy! This photograph totally captured his personality, and how he feels about photo sessions!!! :) He was not pleased. At all.

2012 Monthly Photo Challenge | AUGUST | Rainbow - Bright | Connecticut Newborn Baby Photographer

Once again, late as usual. My apologies. In my defense, our submission deadline for this month's challenge was on the night of my daughter's 13th birthday, and the night before her party, so as you can imagine there was big stuff happening in the Puzzo house :)

So, as you know I have joined forces with some online photographer friends to do a monthly photo challenge. Each month is a different color, and we all post photos representing our interpretation of that months color choices. August was Rainbow - bright colors - any or all bright colors of the rainbow. A little tricky for me, since I am mainly a newborn photographer, and I tend to use more pastel colors 90% of the time :) With that being said, I managed to round up a few photos for your viewing pleasure :)

In honor of my daughter's birthday, lets start with a photo of her :)

Just like with the adorable picture of my son below from last month, I am the proud owner of a beautiful 16x24 canvas of this gorgeous picture. Im glad I took these the day she had her hair colored purple - because it washed right out ;) Ahhhh. I cant believe my baby is 13!!!

Well, lets keep moving along - to other people's babies ;) heheheee

This little diva is Miss Hannah. All she wanted to do during her session was take a nap ;) hahahaa! She made us work, but her Momma is going to love the shots I got! :)

I'll sneak this one in too. My little man again. A little mini back to school nerd set up ;) 

This is Miss Bianca in all of her gorgeous rainbow colors! :) She just turned one - and again, made me work - but Momma is going to be in love with her images from her session! She is one of the prettiest babies Ive ever had the pleasure to photograph - her eyes are TO DIE FOR!!!!!

2012 Monthly Photo Challenge | JULY | Red, White, and/or Blue | Connecticut Newborn Baby Photographer

Hello all! Welcome back to another episode of my monthly color challenge! Naturally, with it being July, this months theme was red, white and blue! This month, I have a couple photos for your viewing pleasure!

First up is one of my own: this is my little man, Aiden. He is definitely a photographers child. He got a new outfit {that he picked out on his own} on Sunday, and put it on yesterday, and requested a photo shoot! Since I dont take enough photos of my own kids, I was very happy to go along with his request! I got some very adorable shots which I have yet to edit - but this one was my favorite out of the bunch, so of course I did a quick edit right away - and promptly ordered a nice big 16x24 canvas of this one! ;)

He is 6, and has the best personality ever!!! <3

Next up on my list is my little family {minus one} on 4th of July - obviously I didnt TAKE this one, since Im in it - but I did set it up - so I helped before jumping in front of the camera! ;)

and, as a bonus I have a couple more cute baby girls to share with you all today!!

First up is little Arabella Snow. Dont you adore her name?!! She was 12 days old here, and a tiny little thing weighing in at 5lbs and change! What a cutie she is!

So sweet!!! 

and then last, but not least! Miss Madelyn! She is just about 8 months old, and was the happiest, smileyist baby!! I could have kept taking pictures of her for days!!! 

Ahhh! Isnt she gorgeous?!!

2012 Monthly Photo Challenge | JUNE | Pastel | Connecticut Newborn Baby Photographer

Hello everyone! Another month has passed, another photo challenge to post!

The colors for June's photo challenge were "PASTEL/RAINBOW" - so basically and and all pastel colors we can think of! Ive been insanely busy between the studio, editing, and kids activities, so I didnt really have the time to get creative like I wanted to this month! If youre catching this for the first time, I am involved with a group of photographers who have joined in a monthly photography challenge - each month, we are presented with different colors, and on the 26th of each month, we post our photos of those colors. Its always fun to see each different photographers interpretation of the same color(s)!

For this month, I chose some pictures of Miss Lucianna :) Lucianna just so happens to be the cousin of the baby I posted last month, Isabelle! Their mommies are cousins, and their birthdays are just a few days apart from eachother, just like Isabelle and Lucianna! :)

2012 Monthly Photo Challenge | MAY | Yellow and/or Blue | Connecticut Newborn Baby Photographer

Well, its that time again! My monthly photo challenge! It seems that this is all I have time to get blogged these days too! Shame on me!!! There is alot going on in the world of Lynn Puzzo Photography! :Lots of changes, lots of improvements - and lots of excitement!!!

So, a quick recap: I am involved in a group of photographers, and we are all participating in a monthly photo challenge - we are given a color or two, and allowed to photograph anything that inspires us in those color(s). It seems I tend to stick to my babies in theme colors ;) hehehee! What can I say, for me, newborns are the best!!!

This months colors are YELLOW and/or BLUE. And this month's photo is super special to me!! This beautiful baby girl is a very good friend of mines baby girl Isabelle! I have known her Momma, Kirby, since my Picture People days began some 9ish years ago!!! Isabelle is her and her husbands second beautiful daughter, and not only was I fortunate enough to be able to photograph Isabelle in her newborn days, I was also honored to have been there for her birth!!

Without any more jibber jabber, I'll give you what you're waiting for... the goods!!! :) Here is Miss Isabelle Grace, on her 8th day of her beautiful new life! Isabelle, you are a beautiful baby girl, and I am so grateful to be friends with your mommy and daddy, and Im excited to watch you and your beautiful big sister grow!!! I love you guys!!! xoxoxox

2012 Photo Challenge | March | Yellow/Gold and/or Green | Connecticut Newborn Photographer

So, apparently Im more behind on blogging than I thought... woops! The last month has been so busy personally, with painting and cleaning - that wasnt as easy as my husband and I anticipated it being! hahahaha!!!

This month's theme for our monthly [color] photo blog challenge is GREEN and/or YELLOW/GOLD. I am going to post one of each for this month! :)

So again, to remind you all of whats going on here - once a month, the participants of this challenge will take a photo (or how ever many they want!) that incorporates the chosen colors for the month, and then they post their interpretation on their own blogs - and then all of our blogs link to eachother! First: YELLOW :)

I just happened to snap this ADOOOORRRRABLE picture last week during a newborn session!!

Without further ado, I introduce to you Miss Anna, who is 8 days old in this photo!! She was an absolute ANGEL for her photos (as was her big brother!) and never made a peep the entire session! She was a photographers DREAM! I got too many pictures of her, Im going to have a hard time narrowing them down for mom - and poor mom, shes never going to be able to choose from this beautiful girls photos! ;)

There will be lots more to come of this pretty little lady!! 

Second: GREEN

A picture of little man, James! Isnt he adorable?! James came to see me on the 14th, so it was just a couple days before St. Patrick's Day - perfect for this tie! He was such a cutie as well - and although he was pretty determined in the beginning to be awake for our session, I won [insert giggles here], and we got lots of adorable sleepy shots of him!!! :)

Chase {8 days new} | Connecticut Newborn Photographer

I love taking pictures. Ive had a camera in my hand pretty regularly since I was 10 years old, and my baby brother was born. I did nothing but take pictures of that child when he was little - if I only knew then that would become my career! hahaha!! I love, in general, just taking pictures. But newborns are a whole new ballgame. The sessions take a long time, and sometimes can be pretty difficult depending on the baby - but the payout is worth it ten times over! I say every day, I wish I had professional newborn portraits of my kids when they were tiny. Of course I have pictures  -  because I took them nonstop! But I wish I had THESE photos!!!

Here is Mr. Chase. He did make me work, since he was determined he would miss something if he slept for our session ;) hehehee! But, as I said - in the end, its always worth it!

Logan & Isabella {Twins!} | Connecticut Twin Newborn Photographer

Here's a sneak peek of Logan and Isabella! When they came to me for their photos, they were a couple days shy of 3 months. They were born super early, and are brave and strong and getting bigger every day! I know Mommy and Daddy are super proud and happy! The other thing they are is absolutely ADORABLE!!!! :) They were so cute, and awesome babies!! They pretty much slept through the whole session. ;)

Ahhhhh.... I love babies!!!!
